Rise citizens of EU against Sony craziness - BOYCOTT NOW

So today I stumbled upon Sony’s latest masterpiece of logic on their PlayStation Blog, charmingly titled: "PS5 price to rise in Europe, Australia and New Zealand"

Apparently, they're now "graciously" explaining why we — the lucky folks in Europe, Australia, and New Zealand — get the honor of paying more for the PS5. How thoughtful of them!

Because, you know, we’re clearly the ones responsible for U.S. tariffs on Japan. Makes perfect sense, right? I mean, what better way to handle international trade issues than by punishing unrelated markets?

Has Sony not heard about what happened to Tesla in Europe? The boycott? Ring any bells? Maybe it’s time we remind them — loudly — that we’re not a dumping ground for price hikes and that their “creative” economics might need a rethink. Preferably aimed in a different direction (they’re smart folks, I’m sure they’ll figure out where to point next time).

I can live without SONY. What about You?
